Here again i have shown a bit more of my sketch book stuff, i have looked this time at capturing the area, but with using differant styles and methods.
I have concentrated on making a sort of photomontage using water colours, geometric lines to sybolise the actual vanishing piont of the image and also the images i took myself while on the route. I am really pleased with my result here, and love the way the image creates a unique contrast between the wet media ( paint, ink ) and the raw media ( the photos ), this effect has worked really well for me in the past and i don't think it has failed me this time either :).
After this i decided to take what we had decided in the tutorial on wednesday, and start to biuld the same ideas together, but with using adobe photoshop ( cs4 ) to create a much more refined image, and after an hour or so of playing around, i came up with the image above, which i love and feel captures the route, and 'Edges' around the area of portsea.
